2025 Fall Meet Vendor Packets for our International Friends **IMPORTANT MAILING INFORMATION**

Hello to our International friends. We would like to update you about the 2025 fall meet vendor pre-registration card packets.

We were advised by the USPS to hold all Canadian outgoing mail due to the resulting backlog affected by the Canadian Postal strike.

That “hold” was lifted as of today 1/6/2025,  hence we will be mailing those packets tomorrow.

Hershey swap meet cancelled

We are currently experiencing snow storms in our area and volunteers will not be staffing our office today. Rest assured we are aware of your anxiety about returning the pre-registration cards and fees to us by the deadline. International vendors only will have the deadline extended to March 5th for submission of the cards and checks returning to us.  Any questions please email fallmeet@hersheyaaca.org.

Our phone lines will be monitored starting Wed 1/8/25 from 6:00 to 8:00PM and every Monday and Wednesday thru March 12th during those times.
