          I Survived a Japanese Game Show! is part game show, part reality, this show follows a group of Americans who are sent to Toho Studios in Japan to participate on the fictional show "本気で?" (Majide?, or Seriously? as the title translates) {though it does not air in Japan} it includes all of the common elements of typical Japanese game shows that are mostly relying on wacky, physical challenges instead of trivia questions.

          7. Premise[]

          In each episode, the contestants (i.e. ten in season 1, twelve in season 2) compete in two events like Conveyer Restaurant, Big Bug Splat on Windshield and Big Chicken Butt Scramble. The second event is an elimination game with the loser being shipped back to the US.

          The winner takes home $250,000.
