The Indian cricket team will be aiming to continue the winning momentum and clinch another victory in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The second Test between India and Australia, a pink-ball contest, will be held at the Adelaide Oval from Friday.
The visitors kicked off the series on a promising note having earned a resounding 295-run victory in the opening contest played in Perth.
The Aussies will be without fast bowler Josh Hazlewood in the day-night Test. Hazlewood has been ruled out of the game due to fitness concerns and Scott Boland has walked in as replacement. This marks Boland’s return to the Test team after nearly a year and a half.
