    • 1 medium carrot
    • 2 clove garlic
    • 3/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning blend
    • 3/4tsp. kosher salt
    • 1/4tsp. Black pepper
    • 1/4tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    • 11/4lb. ground turkey
    • 2 large egg whites
    • 1/4cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
